Two unfurnished bedrooms available in a quiet Levin home from 24 September. Suitable for mature, reliable adults who prefer a calm, smoke‑free environment — no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

The house has a large garage with plenty of storage space available for your belongings.

You’ll be sharing with one female cat who considers herself royalty, and with me — a professional in my 50s who values a peaceful, non‑party household. Ideally looking for boarders of a similar age or older.

Rent is $200 per week per room, plus $50 for utilities.
