Introducing the Equity Adaptive Framework (EAF) – A Fairer Approach to Law and Justice

The Equity Adaptive Framework (EAF) is an innovative approach to law that focuses on fairness, intent, and proportionality. It seeks to make legal processes more human, accessible, and just by adapting outcomes based on the real-world impact of actions rather than strict technicalities.

EAF empowers individuals, protects minorities and consumers, and promotes accountability for organizations, offering a modern solution for a more equitable society.

Participate in a study to help our young people!

We are a team of researchers from the School of Psychological Sciences at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. We are inviting parents and caregivers of young people aged 10 to 18 years to take part in a research project exploring adult understandings of youth legal rights. The project involves a 20-minute survey, and participants can enter a draw to win one of four $50 vouchers.
