SENZ PARENTING PROGRAM

We offer free parenting programs for parents with children from 3-8yrs. Two Programs starting 26th Feb. 2025 - 11 June 2025; programs run for 14 weeks, 2 1/2 hours per week, 9:30am-12pm and 5:30pm-8pm.

The Incredible Years Parenting Program will help parents to connect with their children through play and promote positive relationships & promote school readiness. Parents will learn techniques for social and emotion coaching and drawing out the best in their child through effective praise and encouragement, as well as setting limits, positive discipline & handling misbehaviour.

Parents can enjoy their kids, overcome challenging behaviours, gain skills to feel more confident and positive about their parenting and see changes for the better.
